Killed Maven 2 times and no voidstone dropped as well as favorite map is still locked

I killed the maven through the quest line and defeated all 10 maps, ran the maven crucible and completed it and no voidstone. I then ran another 10 maps using maven. She witnessed all of them. I then took a maven invitation map and that opened the maven crucible. I defeated all 10 bosses and still no maven voidstone or favored map open for maven. I believe this is bugged. Thought I got it after my 1st invitation, but never received them. I ran this by myself, in my own map device. not in a group either.
