Memory node on the Atlas: additional bonus for fully specing into a master

Something like "100% increased chance to drop einhar memories if all enhair masteries are allocated", which would act as a set bonus if you will on the atlas passive tree.

Reasoning: it's is absurd how hard it is to get memories in SSF. Mind you, I'm in group SSF with 4 people, but still we have not seen a single Einhar beast memory and they're _crucial_ in rolling good watcher's eyes in SSF. This is a huge necessity for the SSF world and would also allow trade farmers to get some extra bang for their buck.
