"Socketed Gems get a 90% reservation multiplier" and Enlighten

Perhaps this is not a bug, but if not a little clarification would help...
The two reservation multipliers do not stack. Based on the wording, they SHOULD because "get a 90% multiplier" does not mean "HAVE a 90% multiplier" (similar: Your maximum resistances are x). "get a" is not an ultimatum, it means that it should be adding the multiplier onto them. And thus, enlighten should then ALSO stack and throw another multiplier on top of that. HOLY FUCK.
