Anyone can tell me the most efficient way to farm ravaged blight?

so i have never farmed blight maps before but now that im playing the most OP build of the league i tried to do ravaged blight map and it was extremely easy i didnt build any towers and just killed instantly bosses and monsters so i wanna know what is the best oils to use for ravaged blight maps?
