bow crafting

When crafting with physical tier 1 and attack speed tier 1 and physical & attack speed crucible passives, why does the highborn bow's dps come out higher than the harbinger bow that is a higher tier bow? Is this ggg's mistake? Or is there another reason?

base attack speed.

speed is essentially a dps multiplier.

harbinger bows are good for mine/trap bow skill builds
citadel bows are good for bleed and phys to ele conversion ignite buids.

thicket/spine/imperial bow sets are the ones you want for phys/ele(ele can use lower tier versions of each bow).
