"Used when charges reach full" not being triggered by flask charge on crit

Use flask once manually, then trigger will work on next refill. As a speculation, maybe charge gain won't occur if you happen to hit very close to exact maximum of charges on previous gain, since charges are represented by floating point number.

I tested it under different conditions. Flask charge on crit mod does not appear to grant any charges to flasks that are already full, when all flasks are full

wtf, yeah, something is changed. I was cycling flasks on single bosses fine before, now not only charge gain went down, trigger won't proc until another charge gain arrives, such as from kill of that boss. If they stealth nerfed flask charge on crit in one of latest patches, another "antagonistic comment" is bound to arrive. MB is busted OP, and somehow remains untouched.
