Hey and my main account has been banned because of third party software what can i do now i have already written to support but haven't heard back yet i am not aware that i have done anything wrong i have only played with colleagues / friends and used awakened poe trade. This is my first time in such games and me that has also made a lot of fun so I have also invested money for cosmetic things etc etc. is there a way that you get told what you did wrong and that the ban is lifted (2nd chance or so) I'm pretty stumped and would look forward to answers.
