Can't find Path of Building exe installer

I recently had to rebuild my PC and lost my POB program.
When I go to GITHUB POB Community Fork ( https://github.com/PathOfBuildingCommunity/PathOfBuilding/releases ), it is only offering a source code zip file or a source code tar.gz option.
It used to also offer an exe file.

Does anyone know where I can find the .exe installer file?

Just unzip and run the app without installing.

I unzipped it but I don't see an app.

Ok, I got it. Thanks for your help.
I had to extract all of the zip so the app had access to other files.
It was under the runtime folder.
