Feared invitation bugged completion

Hello!
I just finished my feared invitation, and died to degen as I killed the last enemy. When I went back into the instance, there are no enemies left, Maven is stuck watching, the altar in the middle of the arena is inactive, and I have no completion for my feared invitation on my atlas.
