Drop disabled incubators still drop

Whispering Incubator They drop was disabled, but they can still be found. wiki says these were disabled in 3.13, however there is no notes in any patch notes of them being disabled.
seems like these being listed as drop disabled on wiki and such is the actual issue. |

wiki is not official . It is weird it is gone in map but not in patch notes anyway
