Expedition is too mandatory

Delirium - straightforward more loot. You don't need to spend that many points into it for it to be good.
Harvest - good with Wandering Path specialization if you're after juice. Significant increase to map clear time though. Very easy currency influx though, just sell the juice for straight-up payout. Or use it to roll your cluster jewels, you will save a ton of money this way. Legion - very good with investment, incubators are insane value, 5-way sets sell on TFT like hot cookies Breach - terrible, don't bother. Costs a shit ton of points, yields very little returns for this investment. Expedition - excellent all-around, feels madatory early on. Later on you can drop it for other currency farms though. Blight - craps out high-tier oils, blighted maps and currency like mad, really good. Also the only mechanic in the game that appears to drop geniuinely large amount of items (post 3.19 nerf). This is the only mechanic that produces significant game hiccup when pressing alt to highlight drops. Metamorph - good with investment (sextant too!), catalysts are worth quite a lot. Beware, can be really hard encounter, if your single target sucks don't bother with it. Heist - if you have 100 diviens to buy chaos to divine trinket then it's an insane currency printer. Once you get tired of it you can sell this trinket back for the same price - it's always in demand. It's like that winged scarab sextant from 3.20. But it's quite good even without this high upfront cost. Any mechanic can be made really good if you spec into it and have a build that is good at it. Expedition is good baseline, better with investment. I just wanted to move this loot into logbooks themselves. |
