(Solved)(Heist) ?Green Contracts Re-Attempting Perhaps Blocked Via Active Quest State

Upon an Unsuccessful Heisting at Both "Heart of Glory" & "Breaking The Unbreakable" display: "Talk to Adiyah to Initiate the Contract" ... though I register nothing amidst the rogue harbor nor on the world screen to streamline our user-interface twrds the sublime

maybe i'm missing something obvious as I do not see- any other complaints midst bug or help sectors

only thing that comes to mind is maybe the heist quest line is character specific and these two green contracts are coded to drop specifically for the avatar that failed the quests & coincidentally i've pivoted into an adjacent angelsuit

character-specific code-designation similar : "divine vesseling" for one avatar, i began the map, ghost-ruckus was active so I brought in my avatar of carry - slayed the boss and upon that interchange the fulfilled accreditings attributed the divine vessel to the toon that slayed to boss rather than the one who activated the map & D.V.

uhm- so ya- i hope my here-brainstorm alleviates what could be a rather frustrating happenstance ; recon heisters savvy probably have them bring in an avatar of confidence across the heist arcana 0.0 so its doubly rare here that they would switch characters and/or fail a green contract-

atlas completion did broaden my OG heister across many smugglers caches so although I am offering that I am perhaps missing something I am aware that besides account or character specific status : its perhaps true that my secondary build just hasn't began opening contract caches at that level;

my max-block character may have blindly found a very unusual crag in the code - and I will investigate clearing high maps with the OG & in the occurance of that not aligning - I will further be mistified to the reason why these "The Heart Of Glory" & "Breaking The Unbreakable" are rather than acquirings amidst chaches primed to be reaquired, seemingly snagged on something to prohibit respawn, as if I already have the contract which I do not (nor did I have it amidst the inventory of a toon that I deleted; which is the only other angle or swish i here glean !MUAH!)
