duped items

So few day's ago i bought a build from TFT, my pov the trade went through, i gave the currency and received the items. after the trade i tp'd back too my hideout but the server had loading issue's so i had too logout, after i logged back in the guy who sold me the build pm'd me saying he still had the items..but the weird thing is, i also had the items. but my currency was gone and he never got the currency.... so we instantly both emailed GGG, no reply nothing.. now a few days later randomly 1 flask is gone and my gloves is gone .. i was casually just mapping... server got loading issues and poof theyre gone... what am i suppose to do...

" well as far as I know, this is GGG's "anti dupe system" at work where duped items are deleted "eventually". As far as I know then per GGG ToS, then they don't offer any kind of ingame refunds / restores for any reason in regards to ingame currency or items. |
