Divine Vessel/Pantheon bug

I completed Frozen Cabin map for my freeze immunity, i then immediately consumed(right clicked) the vessel in my map device. It disappeared, it shows i didn't get pantheon buff, still being frozen so it's not a visual bug. I can't use divine vessel on Frozen Cabin map again as "you've already captured the Sould of this map's boss."

Go to the Atlas in-game, and type the name of the boss you need to fight for the pantheon into the search bar.
