Huh? I thought such a thing was considered an external service and was officially forbidden by GGG. I even saw other hideout creators being reluctant to design hideouts for others because it was such a grey area thing. I guess I was wrong?

This is not prohibited, and does not the provision of services for non-in-game resources. This is essentially the same as drawing a portrait in the setting of Poe or anything else.

And the creators are reluctant to do this because of the privatization of this work. In other words, instead of good work that everyone can see and anyone can use, there will be only one user. This does not deprive the creative process, but deprives the result of response and feedback.

Would it mean that either their policy has changed, or they accidentally broke their own rule? I'd love to see some clarification about that.
