Is merging of XBox account with PC possible?

Hello everyone,
Back when I couldn't afford to buy a PC, I played on my xbox and bought some pretty nice MTX on my xbox account. I was wondering if I could acquire or in worst case re-buy them for my PC account. Scholar and Sunspire supporter packs in particular. Man I love that hideout. I'm not familiar with cross-platform intricacies but I'm willing to go the extra mile if it's possible. Even though I'm willing to make another purchase? I'm okay with paying for those two supporter packs if an option for me to buy them made available. Is that also not possible?

I'm afraid it is not possible to transfer or merge Path of Exile accounts between Xbox and PC, as these are entirely separate systems. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

" Thanks for the reply, there is no real inconvenience really. Would I be allowed to re-buy them for my PC account then? Is that also not possible? Should I contact support through e-mail? Edit.
