Anomalous Kinetic Bolt do it stack with Onslaught and soul eater ?

Do Increases and Reductions to Cast Speed apply to Attack Speed at 2.5% of their value from Anomalous Kinetic Bolt stack with Onlsaught and soul eater ?

Like double dip for 20% inc attack speed and cast speed so 40% in total from onslaught .

Long time ago it wasnt stacks but now with : Wilma's Requital
Onslaught status Onslaught and Adrenaline status Adrenaline, despite being worded as #% increased Attack, Cast and Movement Speed, count as separate modifiers and both will apply.

grants a total of 250% increased attack speed and cast speed at 50 Eaten Souls (e.g. after 50 seconds), for a total of 500% increased attack speed.

So my question how Soul eater and Onlsaught work with Anomalous Kinetic Bolt do its stack nowadays ? or its diffrent from WIlma's Requital ?

No, they have to be separate lines to stack - the occasional item lists 20% increased cast speed, 20% increased attack speed but the ones that say attack AND cast speed don't work they are only counted once.

I already bricked a build on this fact a while ago :p well not really bricked but an upgrade didn't work.
