Tecnical issues - POB and Tradesite

I have some tecnical issues with POE in general as everything times out and i cannot access my POB via my internet connection.
1) With POB, the system says that my account is private, which it is not. If i plug my mobile phone into my computer and use its internet connection everything works fine and i can access POB. 2) When on trading site, i can search every item, but the site times out after a couple of minuttes and an error occurs. So i have to refresh the search and type everything in again. So live search is not an option for me and it is very time consuming. Here it does not timeout if i use my mobile phone connection, just as in POB. I am prity sure that my ruter is causing the problem, but i have no idea how to fix it. Can anyone help ? OK, i have already tried this and they say that my router has standard setup and they can do nothing about this.
But this has happened after the whole authentication setup, so i guess there has to be some ports or something i need to white list on my router. Can anyone provide me with this information ? |
