Crucible tree passive more cast speed and architect hands

I'm using a wand that has as the second passive in tree crucible tree the "22 more cast speed / 10% less global damage". The more cast speed doesn't work with the architect's hands since it doesn't apply to my trap throwing speed at all...

more is not equal to increase.....
