Extreme memory leak shutting down windows

1st image is the bug id

2nd image is of process explorer (windows taskmanager but better)

When the crash occured Path of exile had 2 processes open, one suspended, the other one blowing up to 30.000.000 K private bytes and was growing steadily. Which seems to have shut down my windows with the message "preparing security options...". I have 13.9 gb of useable RAM. Using Windows 10 Pro. System commit and physical memory usage where at 100% mostly through PoE and windows memory compressions was working.

3rd image is a glitch in the syndicate board, when I tabbed back to see if poe still responds this is what I saw.

Before the crash I opened a map and killed the first syndicate encouter which was an intervention encounter.

Same here with rtx 3070 8Gb Vram and i5 12600k and 32Gb ram
The client usually has around 5.000.000 K private Bytes in my task manager, it blowing up to 30.000.000 K very quickly seems weird and like a bug.
In comparison my poe is 8.000.000 K private bytes right now after like a day of playing without closing the game, pretty ok. So there is no way 30.000.000 k was reached with my settings without a glitch/bug.
I guess im having the same problem. Was doing non stop betrayal then all of a sudden the dynamic resolution kicks in i thought maybe because of the map or some clutter. But still persisted till 3 more maps then my pc crashed. Now it snows dynamic resolution in the login screen. Idk what's happening.

any fix would be good, can't play for more than 10min-ish after the first incident.
