Manaforged arrows not triggering when using Eldritch Battery

Manaforged arrows support only triggers after the shield depletes when using Eldritch Battery.
I have more then 600 shield, more than enough to trigger the support that should proc after around 150 mana spent but the support only trigger after the shields depletes and start using my leftover mana... Last bumped on Apr 23, 2023, 5:44:04 AM

Same happens with Arcane Surge Support, it's normal behavior.
