Latency Spike 7,000

This is an update on this issue.

I bought a 40m CAT6A Ethernet cable and connected my PC via LAN.
So, I'm not actually connected via LAN; no Powerline Passthrough Adapter.

However, I just had a latency spike that went up to ~8,000 and came back down.
