Latency constantly spiking

Hello,

After speaking to my ISP and doing all the various things they have asked me, my game still has latency spikes consistently, I wanted to know if there is anything you guys can do on your end to fix this?

Cheers

lets start by making sure your ISP have done their job correctly, so please post a 300+ packet WinMTR report to the instance IP where this is happening WHILE it's happening.
sorry, I am not the most tech savvy, how do I do that?

Edit: ok, I have downloaded WinMTR and typed Pathofexile.com into the host, it is now running..

Edit 2: results below

Her is GGG's guide to how to properly use WinMTR -->
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789

However from you other "edited" report, we can VERY CLEARLY see that the issue is packet loss. So most like you have a problem in your home or with your ISP.
Nothing GGG can do about that.

well if it is same problem as @OP then it's nothing to do with GGG.
yeah, I am doing ping tests to google aswell and i and getting packet loss.

There’s nothing anyone here can say or do to assist you if you insist on removing over 50% of the information compiled by the troubleshooting utility which is specifically intended for people who are asking for help on online forums. The output contains no sensitive information.

It’s also quite simply disrespectful to those interested in spending their spare time helping you, for free, to arbitrarily make that more difficult for literally no reason whatsoever.

I have no idea whether you face an issue with your home network, your ISP’s network, a peering partner of theirs’ network, or just an issue with your PC itself. I’m a Network Engineer by trade, but I’m not a mind reader by trade - if you sabotage our ability to help you, we won’t be able to do so.
