my life potion not working while i have recoup going is it intended??

not even instant regen from potion is working... that seems off

Ah, maybe that's why. I had 40% Recoup and was like... this sucks. I traded for 300 HP/s instant improvement. Also Recoup seems more like an evasion thing while I'm Armor/ES.
I'm still curious if there's a cap on instances of recoup at a time. "Never trust floating women." -Officer Kirac

GGG isn't going to reply here. There are several combinations of mechanics that could be the cause, but alas you're private, and I wouldn't know who to look at anyways.
