Power Siphon + Ballista Totem

I was looking to make a Guardian Totem build this league to play with my partner. I know Hierophant is better for totems, but I'm actually looking for a tank/buff build.

I'm currently using Power Siphon with Ballista Totem Support but I'm not getting any power charges, is that the intended mechanic? I was also looking at the Harmony of Purpose passive from the Guardian, and now I'm wondering if the hits from my totems will count and give me charges?

Charges from power siphon will apply to totem bodies, because they cast your skill, but they have 0 max power/frenzy charges limit. Totems will benefit from power charges on player because they use your offensive stats, but you'd need to get those charges some other way first.

yep, this would work for totem tankyness. But "share charges" part does not work for totems and minions. Totems will get endurance charges on themselves instead of on player.
