Missing voidstone from Maven.

I no longer have the Maven mission, and Kirac has nothing for me in hideout, I've searched my inventory and benches/etc but I seem to have never gotten the voidstone or unlocked the 'Defeat'.. I've done t16 Maven 3 times now. It doesn't seem like there's any way now for me to unlock it.

" Yeah, if only it were as simple as doing Maven-witnessed maps to get her stone. It's definitely not... :D You need to do the actual Maven boss fight, as linked by seaman. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.
