Ban appeal

Hello, Im sorry to bother you but im here to explain u something im terribly sorry for
Yesterday my account got banned because of a few divine orbs I bought by rmt

I wasn't aware of this kind of thing will happen because I was like ı don't think it will be a problem ..

But now I am aware that this is prohibited and harms the game .

I sent an e-mail for a ban appeal 10 minutes after I was banned, and my appeal request was immediately denied, without asking or questioning anything about it.

I researched this situation on the internet and saw that many publishers and even users were given a second chance, but I don't understand why this chance is not given to me.

As ı mentioned on top I know what I have done wrong and ı only want a chance from you because ı won't repeat same mistake, the amount of love i have against this game is great thats why ı freely spend my money on mtx and stash tabs ı just wanna support the game and play the game I truly love .
All I ask is a second chance please help me with that .

yes you have to wait until it's your turn in the queue for the team that handle this. This could be hours/days/weeks......

i don't think your ban appeal will be successful.

1. you openly admit RMT
2. RMT is...in every single game, something that is bannable(ignorance is no excuse here)

3. you'll wait your turn in the queue like everyone else...any attempt to be seen quicker will only result in any appeal taking longer

Yes ofc I admit I did rmt but again ı wasn't meaning any harm to game now I do understand my mistake ,
I'm not trying to hide it All I want ise continue to plat with a second chance for my account.
I'm even ready to delete all the items on my character.
I just want to get my account back, why doesn't my account deserve a second chance?
Even the accounts of streamers who exploit, rmt and even bot vs bugs many times have been banned for the second or third time?
Don't get me wrong please I'm not defending my mistake, I'm just saying honestly that I learned from it and I won't repeat it ever again !

Well just make a new account and play from there. Problem solved. :)
