Sanctuary of thought does not work with The Covenant

The 50% less mana cost of skills does not lessen the life cost from the Covenant. All reduced mana sources also reduces the life cost, however the less modier does not. The additional life cost should either be affected by both or by neither.

No modifiers to Mana Cost affect the Life Cost. They only affect the Mana Cost
Modifiers to Cost affect both parts of the cost. |
