Increased Flask Effect Does Not Work With Crafted Flask Modifiers
I am sure this is a bug.
I have discovered that the suffix craft for flasks "X% reduced mana cost of skills" is not effected by sources of increased flask effect. This was discovered by comparing Path of Building calculations with in-game cost and tooltip numbers. With 60% increased flask effect, my 25% reduced mana cost flask should be 40% making my mana cost very reasonable per activation. However that math does not work out in game. Adjusting the PoB to only give 25% reduced cost (eliminated the 60% bonus) and I end up with identical in-game cost and PoB calculated cost. Last bumped on Apr 20, 2023, 3:58:29 PM

Yep

It could be in conjunction with the "Skills cost life instead of 30% mana" mastery?
Perhaps you can tell me what is wrong: My PoB - https://pobb.in/GTDolrtLMhU5 (3 mana, 12 life) My tooltip with flask active (8 mana, 12 life) https://imgur.com/a/scs8HtV Last edited by original_sh4rpie#6662 on Apr 20, 2023, 3:28:59 PM

" Most likely this. Game and PoB count this mastery in different ways. Maybe it works like this (but I'm not sure): PoB 12 base mana cost - then mastery - 8.40 mana and 3.60 life then 3.4 cost multiplier (from supported gems) - 28 mana and 12 life then 38% reduced mana cost from flask with increased effect - 28*0.62=17 then rings mod 17-14=3 3 mana and 12 life Game 12 base mana cost - then mastery only for life - 3.60 life then 3.4 cost multiplier (from supported gems) - 40 mana and 12 life then 38% reduced mana cost from flask with increased effect - 40*0.62=25 then rings mod 25-14=11 then mastery for mana - ~8 mana 8 mana and 12 life Last edited by seaman#4993 on Apr 20, 2023, 4:22:54 PM
