Fortify support doesn't work with Static Strike or Flicker Strike

Fortify support should work with melee, attack skills that are not triggered and Static Strike/Flicker Strike have those tags, but it doesn't work.

Youre a caster and your melee hits dosnt make enough dmg to trigger fortify.
Read the expanded discription. |

Since 3.16 Fortify stacks are gained based on how much melee damage you deal.
