Need some support about the Error PID not found

I'm using a VPN app called Exitlag to reduce the ping of the game in my country, I have used it for about 4 leagues, and 2 first leagues are normal. But the 2 nearest leagues keep getting this error (I attach the picture of the error in the email) and can't find any way to fix it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game at least 3 times. Can any one of you guys help me, please?

Do you use any antivirus software? It may be blocking the game's access to certain IPs. PoE uses servers on many different IPs, they change when you travel from one area to another. If the game is unable to connect to a zone, this error may occur

i'm not using any firewall, even window firewall i have turn it off to install some game. i don't know why because i have time that using it normally, it only happen nearest 2 leagues
