DoT + Endurance charge bug with life regeneration (DoT damage snapshots?)
Noticed while mapping.
I was doing a "Monsters poison on hit" map and noticed I was dying alot. Then I looked at life regen and noticed the following: After the poison ended, the damage kept my life regen low, even if I had endurance charges. Without endurance charges I have 1943 life regen, with endurance charges it goes to around 773 life regen. This is weird because there's NO degen debuffs on me, nor am I standing on degen ground. Life regen resets to it's normal value when the endurance charges end. As long as you keep the endurance charges up, the life regen is lower then it should be. I can keep them up all map and the life regen won't return to normal unless the endurance charges end. This is not only poison damage, it's every DoT damage type. https://imgur.com/a/ohng93i Exile 4 life. One possible Eater altar downside is "% reduced recovery rate of life, mana, and energy shield per Endurance Charge".
You can check the active altar mods by hovering over the icon above the skillbar. |

Welp, I guess that was it!
I didn't even know that was a thing, guess I need to read more of those mods. Just tested it on another "Monsters poison on hit" map and it was fine. Cheers! Exile 4 life.
