New Al'Abin's Visage not triggering socketed spells with Blade Flurry / Charged Dash trigger mod.

My first guess is that it is programmed to work specifically with weapons so if that is the case it should be revised to work with this helmet.

Despite the picture for any spells that I socket in the helm going dim and saying "socketed spells can't be used" as well as also gaining a 0.5s (odd that it's not 1s) cooldown they still do not work under any circumstances.

Things I've tried that failed to work:
- Alternating tests with BF and CD
- High level or low level spells
- High level or low level BF / CD
- Putting bf/cd in differens slots across gear
- Switching out support gems to be unlinked
- Few more simple things

Things I have not tried:
- Taking the time to allocate the same crucible mod on a weapon. I spent so much time getting gear and items for this build and crucibling, I'd rather not do more.
