Probably solved.

Thanks GoLoT. I'll go down this route later when I'm available. While I did hear about HWINFO the other day and did download it, I didn't spend much time looking at it (I had to scratch that POE itch and wanted to get my voidstones in Ruthless). Nor did I run it in sensor-only mode either. Your post emphasizes it further.
Possibly solved. Message me when you can GoLoT! I'd like to make good on my word of the bounty.

Yes, I will cap it.

Did you even try deleting cache as I suggested? Not a word on that just curious if you tried and actually made a difference or not.

How did golots tips fix anything? He said things to monitor power draw and such and how to trouleshoot the problem. I don't see how that would fix anything. I mean what actually caused the problem then? And how did you fix it. None of that was disclosed and I'm curious. Just reading sensors isn't going to fix anything.

Since VRAM is showing N/A, it indicates some potential driver issues. If this problem started happening after some update, maybe try making a clean installation of the previous version, and I mean not just uninstalling and installing on the pc settings tab. Download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller, from guru3d), boot on Safe Mode and use it to wipe all registry from all gpu drivers, then install the older version of the graphics driver after restarting and see if it works again. Hope this helps, have a good day.
