Apply Animate Weapons Stutter fix to Dancing Dervish

So Animate weapon got a fix for its stuttering, how come Dancing Dervish did not get this fix as well?

The rework gave Dervish a stutter which hard-caps clear speed. DD occultist was one of the fastest minion builds in the game before the rework but the stutter you guys introduced has made it middling at best, and a chase item like Headhunter is useless because the swords can't keep up anymore.
