Momentum Support - Bad Design for gaining Swiftness

Presently swiftness is only gained when you reach the maximum available amount.

This is bad design.

Please fix so that swiftness is gained when you reach maximum AND when you move.

Trying to attack the exact required number of times only to immediately lose the benefit because it lasts 1.5 seconds? Insanely clunky.

If you are determined for it to be a short burst of speed, then there is zero issue with changing its design to actually function in a reasonable state.

If anything, there should be an extra benefit for reaching maximum momentum rather than the players entire momentum being lost with no gain on movement.

This is like intensity for attacks, only its about speed with a quirky payoff of speed.
