Sin's portal to Epilogue doesn't appear

Killed Kitava, Sin's portal isn't there. If I travel anywhere else besides the Feeding Trough, the game doesn't register that the final quest is complete. No way to progress to Epilogue. Ref # 1301791862

PS - There's no option to sail to oriath from Lily either
