Connection freezing every 5-10 seconds
For at least the last 4 hours I've been unable to play because my connection (various European gateways and one American one) freezes for a few seconds regularly every 5-10 seconds for about 2 or 3 seconds. The screenshot shows the connection graph. Is this a known issue? Is there any solution? I didn't have this yesterday... " Your problem is here --> | www.adsl.vf - 0 | 49 | 49 | 1 | 283 | 2177 | 2 | The connection between your PC and the router/modem in your home is VERY unstable. You will need to get this fixed. |

" Thanks; it's weird cause nothing has changed physically and the problem only started about a week ago, but I'll look into that. Much appreciated :-) |

" No...they are not, have the balls to back that up with the test results like the OP did and you'll find that there are almost certainly other non server related problems....or, as you are dong now...ignore it and just blame "the servers" because that'll fix the problem (not like GGG PAY for the fucking servers and expect a level of service that they can and do aggressively pursue any time there IS an actual problem) Ancestral Bond. " Have you checked my profile? If not, do it - you will see that i invested many many hours in that game - exactly 15.104,8 hours at the moment. Iam playing on different european servers, but there are definitely big problems with that servers (maybe worldwide, but it seems its Europe only) -> as you can see on different postings on the form. And yes, i was really mad at the moment i wrote my comment - because again and again i had big troubles with several servers, but the posts of HanSoloDK arent helping, it is not possible that ALL players who got such problems are the source of error. At the moment, there are many different lag-/spike problems, and its funny to see the posts of HanSoloDK. Some solutions are really crazy, as: I should use a VPN to got a smooth game. I mean wtf? In which game (with that many different servers!) i must install/use a VPN to got a smooth gameplay? It is definitely a GGG problem, has nothing to do with the users internet/computer or something else. It is a combination of the Game itself and the servers -> from my point of view, it has to do with the server provider. My last problem, one hour ago: A mate starting a map - iam using the first port, my mate the second -> high ping impact for me. I tried something, rejoined the map and see there, no lags/spikes/no high ping. Such big problems started ~3-4 months ago. |

" Very happy to amuse you. :) So with the data provided by @OP where is the problem then?? Do you even know HOW to read a WinMTR report? Also understand that GGG doesn't provide any kind of TECH support "for the moment" (been like this for several years now) and directly replies to people that the community have to solve this by posting here. I don't see you trying to help people? So yes, GGG do have issues with their infrastructure and game code. However local issues also is a BIG factor in this. Like --> 1. Local connection issues (like @OP here). 2. Traffic routes using "sub par" peering nodes like the one from Twelve. 3. ISP's that "reset" public IP's even though there is an active connection on it (this will cause a DC). and this is just to name a few of them.
