Ps4 disconnect and erro CE 34878 0

I can't play for 10 minutes in a row, every time I open a portal the game takes a long time to load, I go back to the character selection screen, disconnects me from psn and presents an error CE - 34878-0. It's doing it all the time!

Same here. It just started yesterday. I mean I loaded the game and before it even got to the freaking log in screen it did it. I cannot play for more than 5 minutes. Only started yesterday!
