Fix Master Surgeon not working already.

If this is intended (but I haven't found an evidence proving that), the wording of Enduring flask mod should be tweaked. While this is true Life Flask Effects are not removed when Unreserved Life is Filled doesn't directly state that life flasks can be used on full life, an Enduring flask like this is usable and works on full mana with identical wording (mana costs are also reduced during effect). So the line is supposed to impliy that you can use flasks on full life.

"This is in-line with the Mark's reply linked by seaman on page one. Master Alchemist gives your life flasks an effect on use, which is not tied to their main effect (life recovery). So they can be used even on full life now, with or without Master Surgeon. |

Bump this.
I have been able to use my life flask without problems, the same as I have now, but today it stopped working. I added the bottom cluster jewel and some tattoos for life recovery from flask and now I can not press my flask on full life anymore? Build: https://pobb.in/jUEGRBXzOS6O |

" Thanks adding that back 'solved' it. Very strange behavior if you ask me. Also I can not fully heal my health with flask while I have blood range enabled. I keep getting stuck at 4647/4653 life without any reservation ~"0,9987" of full HP. Without blood rage it fills completely. I should note that I use petrified blood too. |
