Was toying with the idea of a new pc as my old one was, well, struggling to play poe
Ryzen 5 3600
2060 super gfx
air cooled
B450 motherboard
So, decided to bite the bullet and get a new one and wow, what a difference
AMD Ryzen 7 7700X Eight Core CPU (4.5GHz-5.4GHz/40MB CACHE/AM5)
ASUS® PRIME B650-PLUS (DDR5, USB 3.2, 6Gb/s)
32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 4800MHz (2 x 16GB)
8GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3070 Ti - HDMI, DP, LHR
CORSAIR 650W CV SERIES™ CV-650 POWER SUPPLY
PCS FrostFlow 120 Series ARGB High Performance Liquid Cooler (AMD)
and as an extra treat, bought a new 27" curved monitor
Downloading PoE now so gonna test it out soon enough

I would have got the new Ryzen x3D cpu myself but what a cool system.
That PSU is right on the limit of not being powerfull enough for that system for my taste so I would have gotten a bit more power....
What kind of SSD / NVME disc did you get ?
Just make sure that bios is upgraded and correct settings in bios applied + correct memory profile.
Also make sure latest chipset / vendor drivers are installed
