Help with crafting end game claw please

So I'm a noob when it comes to high end crafting and usually just farm the currency to buy a BiS weapon. This league, however, I want to try to make my own. Only problem is, I have no idea how to go about it and the build guide I'm using doesn't say how to do it.

I'm trying to make an Imperial Claw with the following must-haves:

T1 Attack speed
T1-3 Cold Damage added to attacks
T1-3 Lightning Damage added to attacks

Can have up to three crafted mods:
+20-22 Strength and Intelligence
Increased Critical Strike Chance
Hits can't be evaded

Basically what I want to know is what steps to take to start crafting this and maybe a ballpark of the cost. I'm assuming it's going to cost at least 10 divines or more, but maybe I'm way off.

Thanks in advance for any tips.

The easiest way is to start with a fractured base. I'm not playing this league so I don't know the prices off the top of my head but depending on the league, that fractured base alone can be 10 divines or more.

As for how, you want the fracture to either be the Attack Speed or one of the elemental damage to attacks mods you want. You will then spam essences for one of the remaining two mods until you hit the last mod. Note that the Deafening Essences for the elemental damage are weaker than a true T1 whereas the Deafening for Attack Speed is better than T1 Attack speed (caps at 30% instead of T1's 27%). So the strongest claw is made with a 30% attack speed fracture on an Imperial Claw but this is also the most expensive (I remember paying 15 divines for that base a couple of leagues ago).

Basically, after you get the base, do the following steps:

1) Make sure it's rare (you can use a regal orb on it if it's not), then 30% it using Perfect Fossils in 1 socket resonators (you can also 30% it after the fact using Hillock in Syndicate but that's a much bigger hassle so it's best to do that now instead).

2) Slam essences on it until you get your guaranteed mod plus the third mod you wanted.

3) Use Annuls to clean off the other mods. If you wipe the wrong mod when annulling, you'll need to go back to essence spamming and try again.

There are tricks here that can help. For example, if you end up with an open suffix and need to clean off mods that do NOT have an "attack tag," you can craft "Cannot Roll Attacks" then use annul (recraft if the annul pulls your craft) because this will protect the attack speed and the elemental damage mods (since they all have attack tags; note that the fractured mod never needs protecting).

4) Once you have only the 3 mods you want, you can multimod it to add the bench crafts you want.
