Passive ability that can open chests when you cast spells shouldn't work in heist.

It's literally gamebreaking.
And toggling passive off/on every time you wanna run heist is ridiculous. I'd argue that it shouldn't open strongboxes either. But that's another matter. just don't use that mastery when heisting... your not going up there to do 1 contract or blueprint at a time, your usually going up there and doing many at once.
