Screens Flash on and off

My Screens keep turning off for a few seconds when ever I play POE at random intervals. Sometimes it is my left (main) screen, sometimes my right and sometimes both. The screens are set to extended but the game is window fullscreen on the left only.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling. lowering resolution from 3840x2160 to 2560x1440 to 1920x1080, changing renderer from directX11 to 12 and vulkan, put all graphic settings on low, cap fps to 60 (my screens are 165 1ms 4k res). What can I do?
