Switching IGN

Hey guys,
For the longest time I've been requesting support to change my IGN via private messages from the website which works perfectly fine, until recently when GGG's support team redirect me to their "contact support" section. Makes sense to me so I've gone and read it; this is my understanding: *"Gameplay Help forum" - gameplay & quest questions. *"Bug Reports forum" - bug reports. *Middle section - can't restore hardcore deaths & deleted items; go against policy. *"Technical Support forum" - problems with game/website; bugs etc. *contact support "support@grindinggear.com" - contact support link loops; email with personal email. My question is where would changing IGN be categorize under? I assume I have to now email them with my personal email everytime I want a IGN change? Thnx! Please email us at support@grindinggear.com with this request so that we can look into it with you. Please be sure to include your Path of Exile account name as well as the names of two or three characters on your account, as well as letting us know which name you're looking to change and what you'd like to use instead. Please also include a few alternatives in case your first choice isn't available! |
