Does anyone know the radius of close range on this mastery? Thank you very much in advance!

Thanks for your answer. If this is the case, then I guess I'll take the flat accuracy node, even though it takes me one percent less chance to hit. It sucks they don't write the distance in units. Really frustrating when you are trying to create or mess around with a build.

Truth be told I'm not sure anyone knows to any degree of accuracy yet, rly.. we can guess that it's in the 15-30 unit range somewhere, likely, but it could be any value until some measurements are done to figure it out exactly.
There are some pics online showing approximate range radii, like here, notice the differences between 'nearby' already being noticable if you scroll down to check some agreed values out: https://poedb.tw/us/Distance#CommunityWiki
Feel free to update here, there, anywhere, exile :)

Close range radius is constant 20 units, it does not vary like nearby. The term is not new.
