T2 Excavation Map Completion not counting

Hi all
Did just run a rare version of the T2 Map Excavation and it did not count toward Atlas completion. Tried it two times in a row, the boss kill did not count as Atlas nor as Map completion. Other Maps (tried T1-T7 so far) did/do work the same way (rare version each).

I'm skipping the Map for now, so no problem - just wanted to mention that there might be an issue.

There are 2 bosses in 2 bossrooms and you need to kill both to complete the map
