can't log in (xbox series x)

i played at launch for a couple hours then i left to go to work. when i returned i tried to launch the game but i'm crashing after getting a loading screen. game closes and i'm sent back to xbox menu. tried a dozen times, changed realm a dozen times. doesn't work. but i can create another character and play without crashing. is my character bugged or is it sarn or ... ?

Same here! Sarn encampment not loading and game crashing

i swap poltergeist shield to another charachter and its okay now. dont use poltergeist mtx

Also swapped one is not working right now :D
