Premium Stash Tab

Hello,
I have purchased the premium stash tab bundle on the transaction screen. I am unfortunately not seeing them in my stash. Am I missing somethin? Last bumped on Apr 14, 2023, 11:57:34 AM

You aren't logged into the account you play on, so it's difficult to guess what's happening.
Is this in a permanent league (i.e. not Crucible) ? If you had Remove Only tabs, the game will remove the restrictions from those and upgrade them to Premium tabs before adding new ones. I'm working on something for the PoE community! 👀

It appears you may be logging into an alternate account by mistake. Please ensure you're signing in using the same credentials you use to play Path of Exile. For example, if you play using Steam, you should be signing into the website using your Steam credentials via the "Sign in with Steam" option. I hope this helps! :)

Hrm, that's possible.
When OP mentioned "transaction screen", I assume they meant in-game, but perhaps I shouldn't have. I'm working on something for the PoE community! 👀

Thank you for your responses and clarification of accounts. I was wondering why some functions were not working. I purchased the premium bundle in game in Crucible. I apologize for not being clear on that.

Huh!
Is the issue definitely happening in Crucible? If it's only happening in permanent leagues (i.e. non-Crucible leagues), that's not a bug; it's the game upgrading & removing restrictions from Read Only tabs instead, which is intentional. If you bought them in-game and they aren't available in your stash in Crucible League... that's a much trickier issue. You could test whether it persists after a client restart, and maybe just try logging into a character in a different league, then logging back into your current character, but if none of that helps I think you'll need to poke support@grindinggear.com about it. They're unfortunately swamped with support requests for now. Make sure to include the following, as they're likely to ask for it;

Awesome, yeah it is definitely happening in Crucible and I purchased in game in the microtransaction screen. Steam has confirmed the purchase and processed. I have yet to get into my other characters to check.. Although I could do that through the website.
I will send a poke towards support and see if I can get a resolution. Thank you for the information! |
