heist trinkets are not working at all

I have been running quite a lot of heist, and been using a 8% chance to receive additional div card items when opening a reward chest in a heist trinket.

I have recorded the opening of over 50 reward chests and not a single time did I get additional div card (ie 2-4 stacked decks and a few cards)

on the same trinket I also have 11% for alts to drop as chaos. not a single chaos from one of those rares that drops a few alts and some alchs
